Open Positions
We're currently seeking Manufacturing Technicians to support daily operations across our laser processing and precision manufacturing floor. Each role is full-time and on-site at our Plymouth, MN location.
Manufacturing Technician – Laser Processing & Precision Manufacturing
This hands-on role involves operating advanced equipment — including laser systems and metal 3D printers — to produce components used in medical devices. You'll support production runs, perform quality checks, and work closely with engineering staff to meet tight tolerances and delivery schedules. Familiarity with our precision laser tube cutting and device assembly workflows is a plus, though on-the-job training is provided.
Manufacturing Technician – Medical Device Assembly
This full-time, on-site role involves assembling medical devices in a clean room environment using microscopes and soldering tools. You'll follow detailed work instructions, maintain quality control documentation, and flag any process deviations. Attention to detail and a steady hand matter more than a long resume.

What We're Looking For
For both roles, we're looking for candidates who bring the basics and the right attitude:
- Basic mechanical aptitude; comfort using hand tools and precision measurement devices
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions with accuracy and consistency
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently when needed and escalate issues appropriately
- Prior experience in medical device manufacturing or a clean room environment is a plus — not a requirement
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience with laser systems, 3D printing, or precision assembly will set your application apart.
