Today, most laser tube cutting starts with a wait: you buy the tubing, the supplier ships it to us, and only then can we start the work. We're changing that. Laser Med Tech is standing up a consigned stock of tubing — material we keep on-site so you can select from sizes we already have instead of sourcing your own.
This program is rolling out now and isn't live on the site yet. Once it launches, you'll be able to pick a stocked size, skip the procurement lead time, and get a 5–7 day turnaround on precision laser-cut parts. A Curated List of Stock Sizes
We're planning to keep 50–100 stock tubing sizes in common medical-grade materials, held as consigned material from our tubing supplier. Rather than every customer purchasing and shipping their own tubing, you'll select from what we already stock — and we'll continue adding sizes as engineers request them.
Built for a 5–7 Day Turnaround
The point of stocking material is speed. With tubing already on the shelf, a typical job can turn in 5–7 days instead of waiting weeks on procurement and inbound shipping. We plan to keep roughly two 10-foot sticks of each material on hand, so when you need 5 to 10 parts, we can cut them right away and ship them out.

The List Will Keep Growing
Don't see a size you need? That's expected early on. The stock list will grow over time — when an engineer asks for a size we don't carry yet, we add it. Tell us the materials and dimensions your program runs on and we'll factor them into the inventory as the program expands.
